Meet the Chairs!

Director: Hinako Tazoe

Hi, I’m Hinako Tazoe and I will be serving as the director for the Intermediate 2 committee in JMMUN 2025. I lived in the UK for 3 years in my childhood, and I am currently a member of the MUN club and badminton club. Moreover, I have been involved in MUN as a delegate for JMMUN 2023 and an FAO chair at JMMUN 2024.
The topic for this year is “Ethical Considerations in the Promotion and Usage of AI”, and the committee is Commission on Science and Technology for Development (CSTD). Through the recent rapid growth of AI, it is crucial for us to consider the safer usage of AI in every nation.
I hope that this year’s conference will be a memorable opportunity for everyone and I look forward to seeing you all in March!

Hi, I’m Emma Nishihara, and I’ll be serving as a chair for Intermediate 2 this year. I’m honoured to be part of the tenth JMMUN! I believe that JMMUN 2025 will offer an amazing opportunity for all of you to not only gain new knowledge about global issues, but also build confidence in your public speaking and writing skills.
