Director: Rio Yamaoka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hi!! My name is Rio Yamaoka, and I will be the director for the Beginner 2 committee at JMMUN 2026. I am currently a second-year student at Senzoku Gakuen High School and have been part of our MUN club for about five years. I first attended JMMUN as a delegate in 2024, and chaired the ILO committee last year. In addition to the MUN club, I am also a member of the volleyball club.
This year, our committee will be focusing on the topic of \u201cStrengthening Long-Term Support for Asylum-Seekers.\u201d Rather than only addressing short-term relief, I hope our discussions will consider sustainable forms of support that can better respond to the challenges asylum-seekers face. I look forward to meeting everyone and exchanging ideas in March!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
