Meet the Chairs!
Director: Karin Furumoto
Hi! My name is Karin Furumoto, and I will be your Intermediate 1 director for JMMUN 2026. I am currently a sophomore at Senzoku Gakuen, and I have been a member of the school’s Model United Nations club for nearly four years.
Our committee’s topic this year is “Combating Child Labor in Global Economic Systems.” As this issue continues to evolve alongside globalization, I am excited to hear innovative solutions and approaches during the conference.
I hope all delegates will have a memorable time at JMMUN 2026, and I look forward to seeing you all in March!
Ayumi Kasai
Hello, I’m Ayumi Kasai, and I will be chairing the Intermediate 1 committee. This year will be my third time chairing JMMUN, and I hope that all delegates will have a chance to share thoughts and solutions for the topic of child labor, and have fun through this conference!
